Litter Door

Anyone know how many Helios had the litter door (no post between pilot door and cargo door)?

Most of the later 295's, this was originally a JAARS mod but became an option at the factory with the 1400 series, and later on all Helio's except maybe the H-391B

Some of these doors were also fabricated and done as field approvals, mostly in Alaska.  It doesn't seem that any are getting through this way now, however.  Take a look at how Steve Murray went about it.  http://www.sbavia.com/helio337-10.htm  Steve is still quite a resource to the Helio community.

Steve Murrays door on N295LA c/n 1210 truly an example of a 337 properly done. If done similar to this, it's much easier to get an approval.
