It has been for sale before listed for $250K, and now reduced to $139K a more realistic price.
I showed it here at 17 Helios & 3 projects for sale
I will need to edit the post

0ops typing error
. I checked it out too at
https://www.controller.com/listings/aircraft/for-sale/191590411/1965-helio-h-295
and edited my 18 Helios & 3 projects for sale.
The only problem I see is since it still carries the c/n 2525 and their is no information in FAA file at the sale listing as to the aircraft being re-rigged to H-295 specifications, placarded for H-295 limitations, now complieing with the H-295 Type Certificate, and having the H-295 Operations Manual incorporated, as was done on c/n 2514 with configuration approved by the Factory as per letter of 10/18/73.
Although ithe a/c is listed for sale as an H-295 and was converted with STC (SA1383SW), it probably still have all the H-250 limitations.
Maybe this is why the advertized price has been dropped to $129K.

About the conversion not viewable on the FAA file, it is normal: the modification was made when it was a canadian registered aircraft. So the paperwork is either in the four ( or more) logbook ( Canadian aircraft have separate logbooks for the prop if variable pitch logbook, the engine ( s ) logbook (s) , the airframe logbook and Weight & balance logbook, wich in fact is like an avionic logbook since it is where the equipment is listed )
I don't think a conversion would be documented elsewhere than in those logbooks, like in a file at Transport Canada. An definitely not at the FAA ( until it is exported back to the USA maybe ). May be at some annual paper work that we send each year at transport canada. But i don't think they keep copy of it.
So the paperwork is definitively in those four canadian logbooks
I am not a mechanic, so Neil could prove me wrong on this

2525 flew away yesterday toward it's new owner. Probably it will change registration to an american N number. Wish him a lot of fun with this Helio
