Lynn I took the liberty of resizing the photos and posting the address to them here so they would open.

Lynn are you Vacationing in Anchorage, and did you by chance fly your Helio N289LM to anchorage?

I used to tie my Helio down next to Bill Laxson's Helio N6470V

Doug, I had hoped to fly 289LM to Alaska this summer but, after my son and I flew around the Idaho back country and made a few other trips in it, we got short on time so, I airlined up once and then took the family up on a cruise. Made some great connections and got some good info for next year. I didn't know Bill but, saw him next to his Helio and yelled at him through the fence! Lol! Great guy! We talked Helios for over an hour. I then met up with Russel Carter and saw all the upgrades and improvements he's doing to his. He and his mechanics are doing some great work and are making that a top notch Helio! Seeing and talking Helios was a highlight of the trip!

I resized the picture of Russell's Helio above and here is the link to the previous History click on this

I looked at my History file and saw that I need to edit the file with the mods Russell has done,

edit: Russell Carter AK Hilltop Airpark, placed on Airglass LW3600 wheel skis installing larger 10" tailwheel fork converted to H-295B with installation of Bendix fuel injection

Russell how about a pilot report on your conversions?

Which tail wheel fork did you wind up using.

I am also curious about the conversion to fuel injection

How about a pilot report on the coversion from single point fuel injection (pressure carb) to (Bendix) multipoint fuel injection?

Any pros and cons.

Do you reccomend it for everyone? Also what do you have to do to make it work well since the Factory couldn't get it to work properly.

Since Lynn took that photo two days ago, a pilots report is still a long way off.
