The STOL Report

Here it is 'The Stol Report' by Stephen Ruby.

I found only one error worth mentioning and that is there were 538 Helios that rolled out of the factory not 700.

The idea to just make a stainless steel carry to take car of the AD on the carry through spar is the way I thought it should be taken care every since I found out that was the way it was addressed on the H-7/800s. I don't think it would it would be difficult to reverse engineer. And while you are doing that I think the top attach bolt on the carry through should be converted to the 7/800 style which is similar to the bottom attach bolt.

It is really a pain in backside to post this with JPG files instead of one PDF file, but it works.

I'm not sure why it became fuzzy when I converted the page to jpg.

Here is how it was supposed to come out.

I have a new updated print of the newsletter, I didn't realize the typo for production numbers until later. I also have it in PDF file and I'll post it very soon.
