If you are wanting to spiff up your 1400 Helio you might want one of these decals.

They also do decals and custom engraving.

I seem to remember the late Ken Berger looking for one or telling someone where to find one.

Go to this site http://www.engravers.net/yoke.html

I will ask if they may modify it to accommodate a H391B.

I found a picture in my files of an original yoke decal, If you are trying to remain original its a little different.

I also did a search for the original post on that decal should have done it sooner

Awesome, thanks I really think that is cool. I haven’t seen the other type yokes with an emblem on them before. What would be wrong with having one modified for a different model Helio?

I think if you got the foil type with adhesive back it would work on any model.

I played around with with a picture of c/n 1217's modified Yoke and Photoshoped a picture of the decal on to it.

I always liked this yoke modification because of the wire bale for holding an approach plate or sectional but could never find the the style of clipboard that the bale was taken from.

I just guessed at the size and it is a little crooked it seems instead of using the triangular decal you might want to special
order one that was sort of trapezoidal shaped to use on the 1200 style of yoke and maybe even a different shape for the
H-391s.

I asked through email if Aircraft Engravers could modify the yoke decal (dropping the SUPER). The response was yes and it would take them approx. a week which is fine OK for me. Just thought to put the word out in case anyone else may be interested. Barry.

This would be my version of the decal with a trapezoidal background, probably should enlarge the sunburst and lettering.
