Here is a nice picture of Gordons Helio. Nice colors choice in typical 1400 series Factory scheme.

I like the appearance of these registry numbers they look better when they are not slanteded.

They don't mention it but it looks like a 120 gallons.  A drain plug is visible on some photo.  If it is the case, then this Helio have everything you can wish for.

140kts?!  I must be flying mine terribly.  Granted I do have larger tires, but 21/2600 only yields 120-125mph.   I never saw better than 140mph on smaller tires.  I suppose I can hemorrhage fuel and go faster, but I can't imagine it ever showing 161mph (140kts) even with high power and tiny tires.

Hello All,
After 25 years wanting to own/fly a Helio, my dream came true this week, with the purchase of SN1432 from Terry Mandel. I had tried to buy it from Gordon last year, but by the time he was ready to sell, I was deep into moving states and missed the opportunity.
I will be looking for expert training and advice in flying this wonderful example. It is now based in Polson Montana.

I didn't even know c/n 1432 was for sale again.

So Welcome to the Helio comunity 'Moquey'.

I edited the History paragraph above but didn't have a name for the owner except 'Moquey' decided to wait for you to introduce yourself to the Helio group then I will fill in the blank spot.

Hello Doug, my full name is Moquey Marquross, in Polson Montana.
Yes Louis, you can give me advice here of you like....
It was a tie between your old GBYA and this one, but N295GC was a lot closer and had more of the Mods I wanted. I just learned that GBYA also sold.... Good thing I didn't wait!

Moquey, thanks for your info. I googled Moquey because it is a somewhat unusual name and Moquey Marquross located mostly in the San Diego, CA came up, so I waited hoping to hear from you.

I see that 1432, is still registered to Terry, do you intend to do a corporate registry?

Moquey any thoughts toward a new registry mark?

Doing some checking I see that N6479V the mark that would have probably been given to that Helio except for the request for special registy is probably available since c/n 1433 has a cancelled registry and one of the original registry on c/n 1432 N6485V is available, I also saw N295MM is available if you want a personalized registry.
