c/n 1290, built 07/68 as model H-295 original registry N6348V AK Lumber & Pulp co (illegally registered by Japanese owned co) '71, re reg under Marine Vessels inc (again illegally registered by a foreign owned co) accident 3 fatalities inflight wing separation in severe turbulence fatigue fracture occurred in the left wing lower attachment fitting this resulted in an AD being issued on carry through spar @ near Sitka AK 8/71 destroyed

Anyone like to make a comment. I've talked to several people about this, over the years Claranence Brent being one of them and don't really believe the mandatory AD was really needed but probably made the Helio even better.
