Title: RayJay Turbocharger Checkvalve
Post by: TreeTopFlyer on August 30, 2018, 10:59:11 AM
I have the RayJay Turbochargers on my helio....anybody out there have them?

I like them... work great...I live in Reno and they really help out when using at altitude...I live at 4500 ft...

One issue- if the plane sits more than a few weeks oil leaks past the turbo chargers and drips down the exhaust pipes into a pan I have under the engine...I have heard that their are check valves available that prevent this (and may have been part of a later turbo STC)....Any Info would be appreciated....

Tree top,
I have a question?, I was looking in my 337 files and I noticed they show you have a Roto-Master Turbo Charger (STC SE124SO) is that turbocharger the same as the Rayjay/Riley or is it a replacement?

I don't see anything in them on check valves so your question is one for someone that actually has knowledge about turbochargers and that isn't me.

Rayjay turbo check valve.

The valve can be bought from Rayjay themselves, pn/559A-2MP-27
